SANDWICH PANELS

• R-Panels

R-panels are produced as symmetric sandwich-type glued panels for inner non-load-bearing partition walls connected via springs. R-panel consist of two steel sheets, internal aluminum frame and thermal insulation, resulting in thickness of 62 mm. The facing material is made from 0.8 mm thick stainless steel (AISI 304~V2A) or hot-dip galvanized steel 0.75 mm thick coated with 25 μm thick polyester paint in RAL 9002 / RAL 9010 or custom colors. Antibacterial, PET Colaminat, or X-ray protected surfaces are possible. All joints are sealed by permanently elastic silicone in a color closely matching the panel color.

Panels can be equipped with wiring trays and additional 30 mm wide reinforcement braces for attaching items to the panels (e.g., cabinets,high-speed doors). It is also possible to fit objects to the panel 15 mm from the edge of each R-panel. There are available installation panels for media distribution pipes or large bundles of cables, as well as exhaust-air panels featuring an exhaust-air grille and a round socket for duct connection on the top side.

The maximum clean room height is 4.0 m, but with a zig-zag system, it can be increased up to 6.1 m.

Various types of bottom guiding profiles are available:

• an aluminum double-piece load-bearing profile designed to be covered with flooring (AL51x65)
• a varnished U-profile covered on both sides with radius profiles, intended for use on finished floors (U64x35 + 2x R30)

• M-Panels

M-panel sare produced as asymmetric sandwich-type glued panels for inner non-load-bearing partition walls connected by a tongue-groove. M panel consist of two steel sheets with thermal insulation between them, resulting in thickness of 60 mm. The facing material is made from 0.8 mm thick stainless steel (AISI 304~V2A) or hot-dip galvanized steel 0.75 mm thick coated with 25 μmthick polyester paint in RAL 9002 / RAL 9010 or custom colors. Antibacterial,PET Colaminat, or X-ray protected surfaces are possible. All joints are sealed by permanently elastic silicone in a color closely matching the panel color.

• Me-Panels

Me-Panels feature increased fire resistance – EI20. They are produced as asymmetric sandwich-type glued panels connected by tongue-and-groove joints. Each panel consists of two steel sheets with mineral wool between them, resulting in thickness of 60 mm. Vertical panel connections are filled with expansion tapes, and additional mineral wool is placed in the grooves and tongues. The facing material is made from 0.8 mm thick stainless steel (AISI 304~V2A) or hot-dip galvanized steel 0.75 mm thick coated with 25 μm thick polyester paint in RAL 9002 / RAL 9010 or custom colors. Antibacterial,PET Colaminat, or X-ray protected surfaces are possible. All joints are sealed by permanently elastic silicone in a color closely matching the panel color.

The bottom double-piece load-bearing profile is made from steel, filled with mineral wool to enhance fire resistance (Fe51x65). It is left unvarnished, to be covered by flooring such as resin/PVC flooring.
