EXHAUST-AIR COMPONENTS

• OMx grilles

OMx exhaust-air grilles may be installed on the wall partition, connected to the ventilation ducts, or integrated into the door wings (flow-through grilles with air passing through one room into another). OMx grilles are made from stainless steel (V2A) or galvanized steel coated with a polyester finish, available in various shades (standard RAL 9010, RAL 9002).

OMx grilles are available in the following configurations:

• OMN: with dismantlable front cover
• OMS: with adjustment and dismantlable front cover
• OMP: front cover fixed to the frame
• OMF: with a filter insert (M5-F9) and a dismantlable front cover

OMx grilles are part of exhaust-air panels and ducts.

• Exhaust-air panels

Exhaust-air panels (RA/MA) are hollow panels for wall partitions of R-panels and M-panels types, featuring an OMS grille with adjustment on the bottom side and a round socket for duct connection on the top side. They are suitable especially for small room (e.g. air locks) with insufficient place for exhaust ducts.

There are available following sizes:

• panel width 350 mm, max air volume 170 m³/h, exhaust grille 200 x 300 mm, round socket diameter 160 mm
• panel width 500 mm, max air volume 270 m³/h, exhaust grille 300 x 300 mm, round socket diameter 160 mm
• panel width 600 mm, max air volume 370 m³/h, exhaust grille 400 x 300 mm, round socket diameter 200 mm
• panel width 700 mm, max air volume 470 m³/h, exhaust grille 500 x 300 mm, round socket diameter 200 mm

RA/MA panels can be installed subsequently, next to each other.

• Exhaust-air ducts

Exhaust-air ducts are mostly utilized with Inwall facing panels, providing exhaust of polluted air. There are available 3 main products:

• for Inwall OT+ with OMS grilles on upper and bottom side of a zinc-coated rectangular duct with flange (600 x 125 mm), max air flow 1 080 m³/h
• for Inwall OT+ with detachable front side (cleanable inside) of a varnished rectangular duct with flange (400 x 125 mm), max air flow 720 m³/h
• for Inwall Click / OT+ with OMF grilles equipped with pre-filters on upper and bottom side of a zinc-coated rectangular duct with flange (550 x 350 mm), max air flow 3 000 m³/h
