Fresh Heaven MAXX LAMINAR AIRFLOW UNIT (LAF) is designed for industry purposes. It provides product or process protection by supplying a low-turbulent clean air supply, minimizing the risk of contaminants from surrounding areas. Size upon Customer’s demands Air delivered by AHU (FHM) or recirculation mode with power module (FHM P) H13, H14 or U15 filters with U-shaped or fluid gasket Casing in stainless-steel / steel in RAL 9010, height 450 mm (FHM) / 550 mm (FHM P) Various outlets (perforated stainless-steel / steel in RAL 9010, polyester fabric) Equipped with autonomous automatics (local control via Siemens LOGO! panel)

Fresh Breeze fan-filter unit (FFU) designed for installation in a suspended ceiling is equipped with a radial fan and HEPA filter. It is intended to supply filtered air to clean room areas that require uniform airflow.

As the last filter level, the ceiling air diffusers CGF/CGG with integrated HEPA filter fulfills the function of the highly effective separation of particle shaped contaminants of all types including microorganisms. CGO without HEPA filter is designed for extraction or exhaust of polluted air from a clean room.

Air showers reliably remove contamination from clothes of personnel or surfaces of materials entering or leaving a clean room.
